Here are the steps for registration:

  1. Select the preferred location, age and class you are registering for
  2. Pay the registration fee and first month's tuition, at the time of registration, the preschool collects through Paypal a non-refundable registration fee and September's tuition fee. September tuition is refundable until July 31. ***Please note: your payment secures the class space for your child
  3. An email will be sent from Paypal confirming your registered class
  4. Complete the registration form
  5. An email from Ellerslie Road Preschool will confirm completed registration within three business days.
  6. An email will be sent in August welcoming you, that includes the fee schedule.

If your first choice for enrolment is not available, we recommend enrolling in your second choice and adding your name to waitlist for your first choice.

Tuition Grant and Subsidies

The Provincial Government will be providing a $75 grant for each student enrolled in Preschool and therefore our tuition fees have been reduced by that amount. In addition, if your family income is not more than $180,000/year, you may also be eligible for a subsidy of $125/month. For subsidized families, this will mean no cost for two days/week preschool and only $9/month for three days/week.

A full breakdown of fees is available to view here. Please note: If you are approved as a subsidized family, we will process the appropriate refund on any deposits or payments you have made.

To register for the preschool school year you must:

1. Pay the non-refundable Registration Fee. Payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to complete the process.

2. Complete a Registration Form (Registration forms are filled out online, with access provided to the registration form once payment has been made)

A confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide.

Important information:

  • Fees will be collected through monthly payments via Paypal starting in July. This will require you to sign up for either a one-time payment or recurring payments. This will allow payments from credit card as well as Visa direct debit. Fee schedule can be found here
  • Please note: If you need to withdraw your child from the program, we require one calendar month notice.
  • All steps indicated above must be followed to complete registration.
  • All fees are non-refundable after the due date indicated.
